No exchanges on intimate wear/sleepwear/underwear/lingerie
No exchange or returns will be done considered if the error of sizing is as a result of the customer. Please make sure you are aware of the correct sizing you require and make sure you take note of the sizing advertised.

Please note you have 2 days to report any problems with your order. So please check your order as soon as you get it in order to avoid this time being invalid.
Any problems applied for after 2 days will not be considered due to reasons of possibility of use already and therefore hygiene being affected.
Kindly state the problem with the proof via a screenshot or photo of the item.
Return, postage, or courier is for the account and arrangement by the customer. It can be sent with the preferred method of dropped of by the customer within the 2 day return application time frame. Kindly assure that you inform us of your method and proof thereof. Upon your return request we will supply you with the physical address to where it needs to be sent.
Please note all returned items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Once we have investigated the application and inspected all aspects we will contact you for the following settlement options:
A - Return Items (customer liable for return cost and arrangement), and on approval of investigation and inspection of returned goods item/s of the same value can be chosen and will be sent back via Paxi - to be covered by us.
B - Return items, as explained in option A regarding investigation and return policy costs and receive a 50-100% refund, depending on the inspection outcome and reason for return.
C - Return items, as explained processes above and receive store credit to the full amount of retuned goods. Please note, this store credit is only valid for 30 days from date of approval.
Please note there is unfortunately no return, exchange or refunds on personal body items, sale or clearance items.
